Preeti Mehta is an insightful educationist.Having vast and rich academic experience of 28+ years in education field motivated  her  to become  an eduprenuer. She has successfully set up her own venture Eduspire Academy which provides  consultancy and training to schools in academic matters.

Being a passionate educationist she sensed that in present scenario of disruptive technological era wherein plethora of career options are available it will be challenging for students to make informed career decisions and also she had observed during her teaching tenure the struggle  student use to face to get guidance for career related queries, often falling prey to half baked  information due to lack of credible information from the sources they approach for guidance and also unavailability of  an expert career counselor in the proximity.Thus  in her zeal to guide  such students she acquired professional  career  counselor cum coach certification from ISCHS  and thus Eduspire Academy  hasbecome a pioneer to provide a Career Counselling and Guidance Services  to the students and Professionals in and around Mundra Kutch, Gujarat 

Experienced in resolving conflicts among students and staff members through meeting and counseling She is a pleasant and composed personality as most of her students appreciate her lucid style of teaching and remember her classes not only for the conceptual clarity that they have developed but also for being empathetically listening to their various queries as well as solving them. she has been also able to build good rapport with Parents as the persistent and resourceful Principal of CBSE school.

She intends to help students to be future-ready, aspire to work well, live well and fulfill their potential.

• Postgraduate in Economics, leadership course( PGDSLM ) &  B.Ed
• A certified Career Counsellor from INDIAN SCHOOL OF COUNSELLING AND HEALING (ISCHS)
• Empanelled Career Counseler with National Career Service- Ministry of Labour and Employment, GOI (NCS ID: I15A60-1300015904635)
• A Global Professional Member of the International Career Counsellor’s Club (ICCC Member ID: ICMPIN2002110)
• Has  worked in CBSE affiliated Schools in different capacities as HOD, Primary Section Coordinator and later as School Principal  Has attended  various workshops and seminars And conducted training for teachers in Life skills activities ,Multiple Intelligence, MBTI Inclusive Education, Quality Ciircle Time etc, CCE  training based on the CBSE guidelines.
• As a convener of MUN club conducted training workshop for students to understand Model United Nation( MUN) procedure
• Has presented paper at National convention and National Seminar on the theme based on National Curriculam Framework (NCF)
• Has the experience of working as  the coordinator of International School Award (ISA- British Council global accreditation scheme)
