I hold a Master s Degree in Microbiology and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), along with professional certifications in Career Counselling, Digital Marketing Strategies, and CBSE Teaching Platforms, as well as specialized training from NIPHM and CFTRI. These multidisciplinary qualifications have strengthened my ability to integrate scientific thinking, innovative teaching methodologies, and technology-driven guidance into student development.
My professional journey includes serving as a Lecturer, Academic Coordinator and Educator, where I gained extensive experience in curriculum planning, academic management, teacher mentoring, and student engagement. Driven by a passion for holistic education, I founded Svadyaya Educare, an academic learning institute that supports students beyond the classroom through personalized learning strategies, concept-based teaching, and structured academic mentoring. Our objective is not only to improve academic performance but also to nurture critical thinking, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning.
Building upon this commitment, I established Svadyaya EduCareers, a career counselling platform dedicated to guiding students toward informed academic and professional choices. As an ICCC–UK Certified Career Counsellor, supported by the advanced technology of Edumilestones, I provide scientifically validated psychometric assessments, personalized career planning, stream selection guidance, and future-ready career pathways tailored to each student s unique strengths, interests, and aspirations.
